These terms explain the rules for using the eprildesign.es website and the services offered through it. Please read them before you browse, get in touch or place an order. By using the site you agree to them.

2. Using this website
You're welcome to browse the site for personal or professional reference. Please don't use it in any way that could damage it, interrupt its availability or interfere with other visitors, and don't try to access areas that aren't meant to be public.
3. Our services and quotes
The services described here are a general presentation of what we do. Each project is agreed separately in a written proposal that sets out the scope, timeline, price and payment terms. If a proposal and these terms ever disagree, the proposal takes priority.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are added where required. Work begins once the agreed deposit has been received, and final files are delivered when the outstanding balance has been paid.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, images, logos and code on this website belong to Claire Studio or to their respective owners, and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Rights to the work we create for clients are transferred as described in each project proposal.
6. Links to other websites
Some pages link to sites we don't control. We share them because we think they're useful, but we aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Liability
We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee that it's free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from relying on its content.
8. Cancellations and changes
If you need to pause or cancel a project, let us know in writing as soon as possible. Work completed up to that date will be invoiced, and deposits cover the time already reserved for you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If a disagreement can't be solved by talking it through, it will be submitted to the courts that correspond under the applicable consumer and commercial rules.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and the version in force is always the one published here.
