This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit eprildesign.es, why we collect it and what you can do about it. We keep it short on purpose, and we only ask for what we really need.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Claire Studio: [legal name], [tax ID], [registered address]. For anything related to privacy, write to hola@eprildesign.es.
2. What we collect
When you fill in a form we receive the details you type, usually your name, email address and message. When you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address. If you buy something, we also process the billing and delivery details needed to complete the order.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver the services or products you request, send the newsletter if you asked for it and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for anything you wouldn't reasonably expect.
4. Legal basis
Depending on the case, we rely on your consent, on the steps needed to enter into or carry out a contract with you, on our legal obligations or on our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses the cookies it needs to work, such as those that remember your cart or your language. With your permission it may also use analytics cookies to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings.
6. Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that help us run the site and the business, such as hosting, email, payment and accounting services, and only as far as they need it. They act on our instructions and under their own data protection commitments.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Billing records are kept for the time required by law.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hola@eprildesign.es and we'll reply within the legal deadline. If you feel we haven't handled your request properly, you can contact your data protection authority.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is perfect, but we review ours regularly.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we'll let subscribers know by email.
