Content doesn’t have to feel like a second job. With a small structure and a realistic rhythm, it can become one of the calmer parts of your week.
Start from questions, not ideas
Keep a note on your phone with every question a client asks you. Each one is a post, an email or a short video. You will never run out, and your content will be useful by definition, because someone really wanted to know.
One hour, once a week
- Fifteen minutes to choose two questions from your list.
- Thirty minutes to write the answers in your own voice.
- Fifteen minutes to schedule them and reply to comments.
That is enough. More time can help, but more pressure never does.
Being useful twice a week is better than being present every day with nothing to say.
Reuse without guilt
A good answer can live in several places: a blog post becomes three social posts, a newsletter paragraph and a line on your services page. Repeating yourself is not laziness; it is how a message finally gets heard.
